My task was to design and build a new careers page for Allegiant. My objective was to build the site in a way makes navigating to learn about careers and applying a seamless experience. Also, it had to be easily manageable for the Allegiant team.

The new design is more focused on making applying for new careers at Allegiant an easier, more intuitive experience. I designed the job cards and filtering system so that job seekers can easily find career roles filtered by job type, location, team, employment type, and airports.

Coming off of multiple awards for “Best Place to Work” - we wanted the design to showcase that also. Making the site feel much more friendly and welcoming to reflect company values.

First, I opted to build the site in Webflow – so I built a working prototype with it first. For production, we moved to Wordpress with Lever powering the job posting API backend and helping us get that up and running.
