HPE Juniper Networking needed a more scalable, consistent foundation for its enterprise web ecosystem. As Lead UX/UI Web Designer, I improved usability, visual quality, and performance across marketing, product, and AI initiatives, redesigning global structures and delivering campaign experiences.

Highlights
Built a comprehensive design system and component library from the ground up, enabling consistent and efficient design across all marketing and product pages.
Crafted campaign web pages for Juniper’s F1 partnership with Aston Martin, designing an on-brand web experience that showcased partnership innovation.
Designed and launched a new global header and footer navigation system, improving accessibility, usability, and brand consistency across the site

Challenge

Juniper’s website served a wide range of audiences and supported major marketing campaigns across the globe. However, the digital ecosystem faced several challenges:

  • + Fragmented components and inconsistent UI patterns across the enterprise site.
  • + Slow and inefficient page delivery timelines across teams.
  • + A need for a unified global navigation system.
  • + High-profile campaigns requiring implementing elevated designs backed by data and strategy to acquire new customers.
  • + A growing shift toward AI-led product experiences.

I was brought on to design scalable solutions, modernize the site, and ensure every digital experience supported Juniper’s brand at an enterprise level.

Approach

Impactful tasks I accomplished while at Juniper was that I designed a comprehensive design system and component library from scratch. This included typography, color usage, spacing rules, UI modules, form patterns, and reusable layouts to ensure brand cohesion and development efficiency.
I also designed and launched a new site-wide header and footer navigation system, improving accessibility, usability, and consistency across Juniper.com. This ensured a unified experience from product pages to high-impact campaigns. I also helped improve workflow & design ops: I partnered with developers across implementation and QA phases to ensure pixel-perfect fidelity. I also worked to streamline cross-team collaboration to reduce delivery timelines and eliminate ambiguity during handoff. Lastly, I designed responsive campaign pages for two of Juniper’s highest-visibility initiatives, but was also involved in multiple campaigns at different scales.

  • + F1 Partnership with Aston Martin. Which I developed a high-performance, visually engaging web experience showcasing innovation, speed, and partnership synergy.
  • + AI Native NOW “The Now Way to Network” which was featuring Christina Hendricks. I designed the campaign page to highlight Juniper’s AI-driven narrative, bringing storytelling and product positioning together through design.

Outcomes

  • + 50+ global components systemized into a scalable design system.
  • + 25% faster campaign page delivery, enabling Juniper’s marketing teams to ship high-traffic initiatives faster.
  • + Significant improvements to usability and navigation performance across core site sections.
  • + Unified global navigation (header & footer) now used across all marketing and product pages.
  • + Strengthened collaboration between design, marketing, and engineering teams through clear documentation and streamlined handoff processes.

These outcomes directly supported Juniper’s major brand launches, product rollouts, and campaign visibility across platforms like Fox and Hulu.

Summary

My work at Juniper Networks helped transform the company’s digital ecosystem into a more consistent, scalable, and performance-focused experience. By establishing a flexible design system, redesigning global navigation, building daily templates for products, events, and more, and delivering campaign pages, I enabled Juniper’s teams to move faster, and maintain brand consistency.
