Challenge

When JetBlue Ventures reached out to me in 2024 wanting to redesign their website, they had lots of design inconsistencies, content without a CMS, and no clear avenue to intake new leads. I Introduced a cleaner look and feel, more efficient CMS management for news and blog posts, and built to be flexible whether the team wants to add or remove content. I made some recommendations for color palette implementation and better UX for layout and navigation taxonomy.

Approach

Fast forward: The JetBlue Ventures team approached me for a rebrand in 2025, I made content, typography, and SEO updates as they rebranded to SKY VC. I conducted a full SEO audit and domain migration to complete the transition. The challenge was making sure their new identity carried over seamlessly online -- I led the migration of their Webflow site, setting up 301 redirects, cleaning up metadata, and implementing structured data to signal the change to Google. Beyond the technical work, we audited every page — from blog posts to portfolio case studies — to replace outdated references and create a consistent brand presence.

I also provided fresh SEO titles, descriptions, and a redirect strategy for pages ensuring no visitor hit a dead end. The result: a smooth transition where search engines and users now recognize SKY VC as the primary brand, while preserving the equity built under JetBlue Ventures.
